Best Western Plus Executive Inn, Toronto

My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The room, with a private hot tub, was a great deal, but finding hair in my bed initially was a downer. It was a lively place for partying, though.

The hotel's rooms were spacious with a big sofa but too small for the number of guests, and noise was an issue until early morning. The service was helpful, but improvements in customer service are needed. The location was nice, close to the Scarborough Shopping mall and transportation links but far from other amenities. The dining experience was fantastic but inconsistent, while the facilities were decent. Free parking was a plus while value for money needs consideration.
